Cancellation And No-Show Policy
At Aura Blow Bar, we truly value your time and appreciate your support. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to another guest. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. This policy helps us respect our stylists’ time and accommodate all clients fairly.
Late Policy
To ensure the best possible experience for every guest, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. We understand that life happens, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your stylist may need to adjust your service or provide an alternative option that fits within the remaining appointment time. This allows us to stay on schedule and continue providing high-quality service to all our clients.
